How do I find what I'm looking for?

    How do I make online payment?

      After you have finished shopping, click on the button at the shopping cart.

    • Checkout Step 1 of 3 - Confirm Shopping Items
      Please check that the order list is correct, click on    to proceed to step 2 if correct. Otherwise, click on    to return to shopping cart to change your order.

    • Checkout Step 2 of 3 - Confirm Billing and Delivery Address
      Fill in the billing details, and click on the radio box if your billing address is different from delivery address. Then, Click on to proceed to step 3.

    • Checkout Step 3 of 3 - Payment
      Double check your shopping list and your shipping and delivery details and read the important notice on the right. Click only once on "CLICK HERE FOR SECUREPAY ONLINE PAYMENT" button, then SecurePay screen will appear on your right*. Please fill in your Credit Cart Number, CVV Number and Expiry Date. Then, click on the "Process Payment" button only once to avoid double transaction*. If your transaction go through successfully, you see an invoice on the right*.

      *This process may take a while depending on the speed of your network.

    Do Ozeparts accept other payment methods?

    • Money Order (Australia Only)
      You could buy money order from post office and make it payable to "Ozeparts.com.au" and send it to:

      Please write a note with part numbers (as in ozeparts), your name, telephone, email address and delivery address. After we receive your money order, we will despatch your order promptly.

    • Direct Deposit/Telegraphic Transfer
        Please email/contact Ozeparts if you wish to pay via Direct Debit/T.T.
      Please email/fax transaction details, part numbers, quantity, your delivery address, email address and contact numbers. After your fund is cleared (take about one working day), we will despatch your order promptly.

    Do you ship to country other than Australia?

      Our dispatch system (freight charge) currently covers only Australia. However, it is possible to ship to other countries after arrangement has been made with management to ensure the correct parts order, the additional freight costs and other issues (especially in fittings).

      For country outside Australia, we are unable to deliver large item
      (eg. bonnet, bumper bar, radiator, guard).
