  This issue is typically caused by incompatibility with your stereo system. If you experience this, we recommend seeking advice from a qualified auto electrician or audio technician to inspect or modify your stereo's power antenna switch.
  If you are unable to resolve the issue, please refer to our instructional video on YouTube for guidance on how to manually retract the antenna for return.
  
  Please NOTE before purchase:
  1) This antenna is not compatible with vehicles originally equipped with stereo systems that allow variable or adjustable antenna height.
  2) If your stereo has a manual up/down antenna control, this antenna will not work.
  3) For factory (OEM) stereos, antenna control is often managed by a separate Aerial Control Module (ACM). If the ACM is faulty, it must be replaced.
  4) Some aftermarket stereos do not include an ACM or ECU (Electronic Control Unit), or the unit may not be compatible with this antenna.
