Shipping & Delivery Policy

Ozeparts service level guarantee that we packed and dispatched your order within 2 business day unless specified.

You will receive an Email at the time of your order confirmation; at this point if you made any mistake you could quickly contact us and cancel your order without incurring any fees. However, when your order is picked, inspected and packed (usually within a few hours) and invoice is generated and send to you, you would not be able to cancel your order without a 20% restocking fees (see Return Policy - Order cancellation)

The packed parcel will then be labelled with your nominate shipping address and a consignment note is generated. at this point, a tracking number will be send to you for tracking the delivery of your order from the day it shipped.

Delivery time frame is greatly depends on the freight option you selected during the check out process. The following is a general guide for standard freight to the city metro area :-

  • Melbourne - 2~4 business days
  • Sydney/Canberra/Adelaide - 3~5 business days
  • Brisbane/Tasmania - 4~6 business days
  • Other capital cities - 6~10 business days
