Returns, Replacement & Refund Policy

Return Policy
You may return the products within 21 days from the date of order for a refund or replacement for any reason including changing of your mind about the purchase. However, after 21 days, all purchases deemed to be satisfactory and no returns will be accepted.

All parts to be returned must be in their original condition and packaging, and has not been modified, altered or tampered with. The product cannot be disassembled or damaged due to incorrect installation as we are not responsible for installation errors. If parts are proven faulty, our maximum liability is to refund the price of the product and we are not responsible for any labour expenses, towing expenses.

Return Procedure
Fill up this Return Authority request form. We will need the invoice number and you must indicate the part number you wish to return, along with a detailed explanation of why you need to return it. Your request will then be assess within 3 business days and If approve, you will be given a Return Authority number. All RA numbers are e-mailed in 2-3 business days with a return shipping address and complete shipping instructions.
No returns will be accepted without an RA number.
If the RA number is not written on the outside of the shipping box, it will be returned to you.
All returns must be postage paid; return shipping charges are not refundable.
All return orders must be packaged properly; we are not responsible for damaged returns that resulted from improper packing.

Return Shipping Cost
You will be responsible for the return shipping cost for whatever reasons including changing of mind, wrong item purchased, warranty claims; item quality issues or damaged in transit.
Ozeparts will be responsible for return shipping cost ONLY if we pack and send the incorrect item as per your order.

Product damaged in transit
Upon receiving your order, our warehouse picking and packing team open and inspect the item and we put forth every effort to package the product to prevent shipping damage. If you receive a damaged part, do not attempt to fix it, contact our office immediately to raise the Return Authority (RA) and arrange the product to return to us at your expense.

Restocking Fees
A 20% restocking fee is charged on all returns that are not the direct result of our error.
All returns are subject to a non-refundable 20% restocking fees base on (Product Price plus shipping cost)

Refunds
Refunds for returns are normally process and credit within 7 days from the date we receive your return at the warehouse for normal items. 
The refund is for the cost of the purchased product only and does not cover any postage costs.

As for radiators and air condensor, the process will takes up to 30 days.  Once we receive the part, we forward it to the manufacturer for approval if its under warranty claims. We will contact you immediately when the manufacturer approves the return and replacement.

Once the return has been approved and processed, the refund will be credited to your nominated account. You will receive a "credit approved" e-mail the day you are credited. Please be aware that your bank may take 4-7 business days to post the credit to your account or credit card. If you do not receive a credit after 30 days, please e-mail our returns department and we will respond to you immediately
